Holly Hunter (born Holly Hunter) is a famous American actor and producer who has been recognized for her stellar performances in films including Broadcast News The Firm The Piano and The Incredibles. The actress has received several awards for her work and has even won an Oscar. The talented actress began her career as an actor in the theatre with an array of Broadway and Off-Broadway projects. Since her childhood she's always been enthusiastic in the field of acting. She portrayed Helen Keller as a fifth-grade pupil in a school performance. Mumps made her lose her hearing in one of her ears, but this didn't stop the actress from following her dreams. At college, she was a theatre student as well as later moving from Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania to New York City in pursuit of her goal. Hunter met Beth Henley by chance in an lift.
